The pictures are a bit out of order, and someday I'll take the time to figure out how to create a slideshow... until then, enjoy the long rows of pictures!
The fourth was great. The Carlson family came up for the holiday weekend and to be here for the blessing, so they were there, and mom, dad, and cousing Scott with his family came straight from the family reunion. Naturally they were all a little tired, dad never hesitates to find a good patch of shade to nap in. Grandpas are great nappers! We had a great time. SOme went swimming, we played volleyball, bocce ball, Sammy bumbed a hot dog off the group next to us, played games and ended the day with firworks at night. It's been a few years since we came to Davis for the fourth, it was nice to be back!
