Cereal... Can't get enough...

For those of you who don't already know, Ty and I go through a lot of cereal. We check the cereal isle for sales each time we're at the grocery store... and this is what we end up with. I think I am turning into my grandma and don't want to pay more than $1 for a box... I love coupons! Just this morning, Ty and I polished off four boxes... don't worry, somehow they all only had a few bites worth of cereal! With how fast we go through milk and cereal, we're a little concerned how much we'll go through when our kids start eating it too!

The jumper!

This has been a great investment! Bryce doesn't have the jumping down yet... he sure does enjoy slobbering on the outside though. He feels like such a big man now that he can practically stand up by himself... without the help of a human.

Rolls and Rice!

It's been a big week in the Carlson home. All in regards to Bryce of course! Bryce has been rolling over, there goes our freedom to leave him on random elevated objects... We're not sure if it's on purpose, but he's getting pretty consistent. We also tried him on rice cereal. We've actually tried it once before, but it didn't take at all. This time he was loving it, he doesn't quite know what to do with it, but he seems to like the taste and texture alright. He's such a fun little baby. He laughs all the time now and continues to brighten our day with his sweet smile. We're hoping to get some good laughing videos... we've got a few, but you know how it goes... he's laughing like crazy, we run and get the camera, then he tones it down by fifty degrees. Our little stinker! Speaking of stinker, I've had to start giving him formula... he has had stinky toots before, but now, I'm telling you, this kid can clear a room. It's quite gross, and yet very impressive! If a grown person were to smell like this, I just might hurl. Why is that... stink + baby = cute? Can someone explain to me how that works?

Smiles and Giggles

For Labor Day weekend, Grandma and Grandpa Carlson drove up from Southern California to visit me. They say they came to see mom and dad too, but I know I was the real reason they came up. It was a really fun weekend... They know just what it takes to make me laugh and I had a great time playing with them.

Mom noticed Grandpa was wearing the same shirt in both these pictures... but then I reminded her that I messed in my pants at the restaurant and needed a new outfit, but the pictures were taken on the same day... don't worry Grandpa, I've got your back ;o)

Home with daddy!

After a week in Arizona, Bryce and I are so happy to be home again with dad. I was so sad when I realized I had forgotten my camera and could not document the trip. Bryce was meeting his Arizona cousins for the first time... but camera or not, they had so much fun together. When they send the pictures I will be sure to post.
We truly are blessed. Ty and I are heading into our third year of being married and life couldn't be happier. Bryce is hilarious, happy, and cute-as-a-button. He is starting to enjoy tummy-time now that he can hold up his head... and his strong little legs have us convinced he'll be walking in no time. ('no time' is relative, of course ;o)
Oh, and the hat isn't because it was cold in Arizona...heavens no. Cousin Colty is letting Bryce use it for a little while. Thanks Colty.

Fun with Grandpa!

Most Sundays we have dinner over at Grandma and Grandpa Biggs' house. I have so much fun playing with them... and I can't wait until I am old enough to enjoy their yummy cooking!

(the beginning of the video, Grandpa is testing his own coordination skills using Bryce's arms.)

Three months old!

The past three months have been an adventure for sure! Mom and dad are figuring out the whole 'parenting' thing... they're doing alright. They love me a lot and are doing their best, I and I love them too! I rolled over for the first time last night. I can't say I know how I did it, nevertheless, the event did take place even though there is no video or pictures to prove it, regardless of mom's long attempts. Life is great here on earth, I am so thankful to be here with so many people that love me.
